Charles Richter’s Metal Stamping Process
Charles Richter is an experienced expert in the metal stamping process and deep drawing process to help customers improve their industrial part needs. Our modern facilities are equipped with the most efficient machinery, which allow our expert staff to produce the specifications our customers require.
Since 1911, our staff has been perfecting the metal stamping process and has remained a dependable source of quality metal stampings. We have optimized our deep draw stamping process to start with flat stock, which minimizes material waste and provides significant benefits over the more expensive metal forming processes. The deep draw process allows for flat sheet metal, made of various metals to be turned into shapes of three-dimensional form.
Our years of experience, engineering capabilities, and top quality products have made us a leader within the deep drawing process.
